DS Containers' coil-to-can process features the unique
application of polymer coating to tin-free steel. Two
decorators per line allow for the industry's quickest
changeover time. A contemporary shape that accepts a
wide range of closures and overcaps makes for a
multi-purpose container.
The coil-to-can process eliminates both the side seam and top seam, historically vulnerable points in traditional can making. Superior corrosion-resistant coatings, the highest U.S. and international pressure ratings, and the option of a pressure-release mechanism (where appropriate) add to the integrity of the finished package.
In independent market tests, 70 percent of respondents ranked DS Containers higher in overall consumer acceptance than three-piece cans. Eight-color in-line printing offers state-of-the-art decorating possibilities. The combination of greater shelf appeal and superior performance makes this a winning package for marketers and shoppers alike.
